I'm possibly getting a crx in need of a radius rod, upper control arm and ignition. How much do you think it would be worth in that condition plus needing a windshield? and how difficult/expensive to replace those parts?

I would be very cautious. Radius rods do not wear out, radius rod bushings, yes but not the rod. Crash damage is what bends them, come to think of it crash damage will bend upper control arms too. Check for frame damage, car was prob wrecked.
