Default 91 radius rod / strut rod aftermarket struggles

The alignment shop said I needed new strut rod bushings, lower control arm bushings, and trailing arm bushings. So I bought the Energy Suspension bushing master kit.

The radius rod bolts are hard to remove from the lower control arm until the arm is removed from the ball joint and the nut is removed from the front of the rod.

After installing new lower control arm bushings, and a new upper control arm, the second radius rod / strut rod bolt is very difficult to install. I'm talking about the 2 bolts that attach the rod to the lower control arm. Jacking up the control arm moves the hole a little, but I can't get it to line up.

I called Energy Suspension to ask about it and the fact their new bushings are longer than the OEM. The OEM bushings are different, while the ES bushings are the same, as far as the front and rear bushing for each side.

Anyway, I'm fighting getting this last bolt in.

ANYONE HERE EVER INSTALL THE ENERGY SUSPENSION STRUT ROD BUSHINGS ON A DA?
