Default Hid Question

What cars come stock with HIDs? Whats the advantages between different HID bulbs, Ballasts? There are H4, D2S (i think i got this right), and other ones. What does it all mean? Does it show different brightnesses? Is there any advantages to having different HIDs over others?

Well he can go with whatever he wants. Some of us just don't see spending $400 on a lighting improvement only to select a lower output model. Buy whatever floats your boat though.

As for stock HIDs, there are only D2S and D2R bulbs to my knowledge. The rest are generally rebased.
