Default TURBO GURUS LOOK!!!Should I use this manifold for my set up?????

Will this manifold help spool up my turbo faster with bigger tb to???
set up
d16z6 stock internals
t3/t4e 57 trim 63a/r 60 a/r 360 stage 5
Venom intake manifold
hondata
450cc
BBK 250 lph
drag fmic
drag turbo manifold
tial w/g
greddy typs bov
AVCR
egt,oil pressur, oil temp

ehh... its tough to say. Probably not noticably. If anything Id say the throttle body will hurt your spool up similar to how larger IC piping hurts spool up but increases top end. You lose velocity from the smaller opening but gain in top end ease of flow.

i just peeped your setup, id ditch that manifold and upgrade to an equal length, that will make a much more dramatic difference

I think he is referring to exhaust manifold.

An intake manifold, will not have much benefit to spool times compared to a nice Exhaust manifold.

You will be able to spool that turbo, but the lag will be pretty substantial.

I hit a full 10psi with my SC50 .63 turbine at 5K with tinkers SST.

people don't realize bigger is not always better in certain circumstances. You may gain a total of 5 HP in the mid range area. Those manifold com einto play when your revving over 8500rpms. You lose low end as well. For you case stock would probably be good. Do a little port and port match work if your handy with a drimmle and go for it.
