7g tech? - Anyone know the bore spacing of the H22A and F20C?

Default 7g tech? - Anyone know the bore spacing of the H22A and F20C?
I was just wondering if it's possible that anything out of the F or H series blocks may be interchangable with the K20. I'm starting to consder the possibilities for the 7g Civics...
