b18c into eg.. problem...

Default b18c into eg.. problem...

GSR... its started fine.. no check engine... no wiring has been changed... while gas is pressed it stalls.. no gas is given while gas is pushed ... wats the problem?? did i need to change a20 to a17? help me now. thanks.

im not sure, but the car does that when your map sensor isnt plugged in, maybe thats it?

Things I would check:

Throttle cable - see if it's hook up good
Timing - if it's off one tooth this can cause your problem

i bet i know what it is....

check your fuel line..did you use the stock d series fuel line???

on the fuel rail on a d series it goes washer, fuel line, washer, cap

on the b series fuel line it should go washer, b series line, washer with holes in it, and then to top it off cap bolt thing with holes in it...

also on the d series fuel rail where the fuel line goes in there is a hole that fuel goes into...if you notice closely that on the b series fuel rail there is no hole..fuel enters the rail via the end of the rail...

anyways hope that helps...

also if you did use the b series fuel line and what not...

if your car was previoulsy a DX u use the map sensor plug off the firewall not the one on the harness...

could be timing...fuel pump...spark plugs...or clogged injectors

i use everything from gsr... i changed spark plugs... i think timing shouldnt be off.... i dont know about fuel lines... how long did you have to idle the motor after being swaped?

theres a sensor on top of the manifold that broked.. it has the pins still but does not clip. can it be that?
