double check my shopping list and tell me what im missing (i figure about 75-80% done with buying)
Okay...i dont want to be ill prepared when i start my turbo install in november sometime...and i want to make sure i have everything i will need. so this is what ive bought so far...and what i plan to buy. help me out if i forget anything...and i mean anything b/c im going down to the details with my list
ITEMS PURCHASED:
1)Turbo
2)Manifold
3)BOV
4)WG
5)fuel pump
6)oil lines from Flamenco T
7)Boost gauge
8)Injectors
9)FMIC
Planning to buy:
1)2.5" Mandrel Bent Exhaust
2)ES Oval Style muffler
3)2.5" Flex pipe
3) 2 U's of aluminized mild steel..2.5"
4) 2.5" High flow cat
5) 2 2bolt flanges and 1 gasket
All these items will be purchased from Kteller8...damn good seller...very patient with me, since im mildly retarded at times...
6) 18mm Spark Plug Defoulers--Used as 02 Bung on DP
7) Intercooler piping and Airfilter piping http://www.homemadeturbo.com/f...=9853
8) Air Filter
9) 4 10mmx30mm Bolts to attach turbo to manifold
10) 1/8" NPT w/ 27 thread for plugging up my EGT probe hole
11) Clutch(not sure what kind...suggestions would be appreciated)
12)1500 high temp spray paint for the manifold
13) spray paint for the Charge piping.
14) 1g DSM BOV flange(dont know where to get it...)
15) T3 5bolt Exhaust Flange for DP
16)NGK BKR7E sparkplugs...
17)chipped ECU for uberdata...

Don't know if you were including these with the turbo in your already bought list, but oil feed/return line and flange to tap the oil pan.

ya prolly need the resistor box to run the DSM injectors and guess what i'm selling them, lol. Lame i know but its a free plug. Anyways, you might wanna go to http://www.dsmtuners.com or http://www.dsmtrader.com for a flange for that DSM bov you have or anything else you might want pertaining to dsm. Road Race Engineering also sells those flanges for the bov. they're only like 10 bucks or something....
