Anyone have a Built Turbo LsVtec and feel that its as reliable as a built b16 or Gsr?

Just wondering because the price of gsrs is crazy and I see great numbers with plane non-vtec ls's but I wonder if anyone has any big numbers and feel safe with the ls vtec.

we have a ls block with a blaock gaurd in it, J.E. pistons and Crower rods. 9 pounds of boost 297hp to the wheels..... its been that way for about 2 years now and no rebuild

I have a built LS-Vtec turbo ....440whp and 360lbft of torque. Running it for over a year now.....

Built LS-vtec done right cost more than a GSR

Damn 20HP per/lb of boost that **** is crazy!

I know of turbo Type-R's that would like those #'s.
