Default ls/vtec turbo questions...

I have a totaled out gsr sitting in my driveway that was hit in the rear. I was told that i can have my head swapped on and my car re-wired with the gsr harness for a trade for the block of the motor, which im going to do. But i am going to need new pistons correct? what about rods too? I have je pistons and crower rods in my ls block right now but i was told they dont work with the vtec head. If so what pistons should i get for the ls/vtec turbo setup i am going to have. I am hoping to boost up to 15 lbs once i get hondata installed. I know i am going to need bigger injectors than what i have now but what else am i going to have to buy in order for this to be completed correctly? Let me know, thanks!

Save your money and keep your gsr block.

Why would you want to boost a high comp motor that is NA's best friend? Just stick with the GSR.

You might not need new pistons. How large are the valve reliefs in the JE pistons you are running in your LS block?

Sounds like a good deal to me. Go for it.
