Hey all..! any suggestions on the best camshaft application for a 97 lude? skunk2 or type s? whats the difference between these 2? pls help....! thanks....!

 

skunk2 makes different stages, you will not see more than 10 whp gains with type s cams alone. Skunk2 makes valvetrain as well. For the rest uhh SEARCH

i've checked their products already, but is it true if you put that in your car that those cams will bend or ruin the valves inside...? i heard it from someone i know who installed one on his 98 prelude...is that true? thanks....!

 

Well, you're friend might not have bought the valvesprings and retainers with the highlift/duration cams (stage 2/3), and therfore could have floated the valves. Who knows...
