Default SMS Products has moved but.....

Well my 2 weeks of moving hell are over. It only took a 6' x 12' trailer, a 24' truck, a 26' truck, two car trailers and four 700 mile round trips. However, it will probably be another week until the shop is fully functional.

My email is still not set up with *** Cable, I can't believe I have to go in person to set up an email address since they say they can't do it over the phone! We need some high speed internet competition in the Fredericksburg market. You can still send me emails to the temporary address smsproducts@hotmail.com. I'll start trying to respond to these today. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have my new business email address.

FYI, George, Maurice and Mike your cat back systems are ready to ship, Jason your stuff is ready also but I never received the mo???

Hey Dave, Welcome back. Glad to hear everything went OK. Moving is hell... I absolutely hate it. Well, if all goes well my exhaust should be installed on Wed. I'm really looking forward to it. I'll check back in and let you know how it goes.

Hey Dave, good to hear you're back.
When you get a chance, please email me an update on the situation.
The motor has been broken in for two weeks. Still waiting on the new cylinder head, but all is well so far.

A little update would be appreciated when you get time. Thanks.

George,

I could do the cat back system, although I'm not sure when at this time. I won't be installing any headers or cats at the shop that would be considered as an illegal modification.

installing a carsound cat wouldn't be considered illegal, would it?

Technically, it is illegal to replace a properly functioning cat with less than 50,000 (or 60,000?) miles on it. This is due to the government laws requiring the OEM to maintain a warranty on the emission system that, in many times, is greater then their standard "bumper to bumper" warranty.

jtype, my number is not set up yet. It seeems that the phone wire ends in the ceiling (18' above ground) for some reason. I guess the company in there before me didn't have a phone.

george, i guess you'll have to punch a hole in your stock cat so smsp can replace your damaged, non functioning cat with a carsound.
