Acura Integra All Integra Except ITR

Leak in my Header gasket!!!!!!What do i do???!!

Default Leak in my Header gasket!!!!!!What do i do???!!

i got a realy good deal on an obx header and well when i got it there was no header gasket with it so i purchased one from acura and installed it but there seems to a leak!!! does anyone know where i can get one?!?

Just look it up in a phone book or dial the operator and ask them. Call and ask your local Autozone/Kragen and they may have them.

I really am suprised gaskets aren't provided these days. You think for the amount you spend on the part a simple gasket could be added into the box to save you from these guys of problems. I've got to find a gasket to fit my new intake manifold.

Have you tried re-tightening the nuts? Sometimes you need to after driving the car for a few days. If that doesn't work then get a new one and re-tighten the nuts a few days after driving, when the car has cooled down of course...

slap some honda bond btwn there and call it a day. that **** will fix anything.

umm i live in newfoundland Cananda we don't have an autozone, i called a couple of shos and all they tell me is to get the stock header gasket but i did and it leaks! my quetion is are there aftermarket header gaskets or are they the same as the one's you get from Acura!?!?!

What makes you think it is leaking? Aftermarket headers make more noise.

well umm you can see the leak(exhaust coming out) and you can hear it!! i realy hate the fact that you can hear it.

lol, yeah hondabond is going to melt.

You could try some of the copper gasket maker.. but I really don't know if it can withstand that kind of heat.
