Default How bad is this?

Might buy a friends block for dirt cheap, he told me to make an offer and it's mine. Only problem is with a lot of force I was able to SLIGHTLY move the pistons side to side while they were in the block. They only moved a tiny bit, and all moved the same amount. If I decided to go with this block, I would probably have to bore it to at least .25 right? How much does that usually cost? Maybe it's worth it for me to buy this block dirt cheap and have it bored rather than finding a good block for more $. It's a B18A by the way.

EDIT: pistons/rods/bearings/seals etc. are all going to be replaced. I basically just need it to have good walls.

If I went the sleeving route, I'd just have my B20 sleeved, but I'd rather have a stock b18b block instead. I'm not looking for high boost.
