Default Bolting Lexan

I have a question about attaching lexan to my car. I'm replacing my rear quarter windows (I busted one up) with lexan, and I'm going to need to bolt it down to the car. I was going to use carriage bolts, but that requires me to punch a little square out of the lexan where I'm bolting it. Any ideas on how to do this, or another way I could fasten the lexan to my car?

I think people use dzus fasteners, or pop-rivets. Don't quote me on that though.

well I don't want people to be able to remove them from outside the car. The pop rivets may work though. Is there any concern of cracking the lexan with the force generated when popping a pop-rivet?
