i got some oem side skirts from a guy off the board and i dont wanta spend $100 to get them painted so i figured i'd use duplicolor but on their website they didn't have my vogue silver metallic (NH-583M) listed. is there another color really close to VSM or wat? any other products that might have it?

 

finally got yer sideskirts in, eh kyle? bout time I dunno tho bro...i'd prolly take them to the shop and get them painted. skirts are pretty big parts of the car and it'll be noticeable if it's painted with anything less than factory paint...

i looked around forever. so finally i just went to the shop and got them painted.

 

dude i have vogue silver metallic too... iots hard to find but they have it at Paintscratch.com thats where i will be getting my paint to rattle can my itr lip and sideskirts

I know! the same thing happend to me dupli color doesn't seem to make "flamenco black" on the spray cans any body knows where to find this color in a can i want to paint my f/r lips and sides

I used this walkthrough to paint my side skirts and i did my side moldings as well and they came out great. They look nice and they have been painted for about 4 months now with no chipping. Good luck finding your paint I had to go to 4 different auto zones to get enough duplicolor paint to do mine.

 

If you can get it done by a shop for 100 bucks do it. It cost me 55 bucks in paint just to do mine, But it turned out great in the end. It doesnt look generic at all.

 

paintscratch is good paint cuz they will add the flex additive to the paint, clear and undercoat. But I priced it out and to paint mine silver also, it will be almost a hundred bux just for the paint.

 

yup, you should probably just take it to the shop.

 

I painted mine myself. One large can of Upol Clear Coat, and 2 cans of paint (one for each side skirt) that I had custom mixed at a automotive paint shop. Cost me like somewhere around $50, looks professional.
