Default Where can i find obd0-obd1 wiring conversion?Used search and nothing (ANYBODY DONE IT ON HONDA_TECH)

Doing that conversion now but im not sure if i have the correct inscructions. I did rewire the ECU to OBD1 and repinned the distributor plug(7) and cut the other one (2wire) and connected the obd1 plug. As for the injectors i didnt wire them correctly cuz i didnt know what the yellow/black wire purpose is (12volt). Ok here is my problem im not getting spark and fuel. I should get fuel now if i connect the yellow/black wires to 12v. But i think i did that before and still injectors didnt spray fuel (i have fuel pressure in the system). As for the distributor could it be that i wired it wrong way.
Please help i want to bring my baby home.
Thanks for help

you need to search a bit harder. as in search for the member YumVTEC. He has it on his car, homebuilt, no codes.

i would use that if i was going to do a conversion. it looks like it is better quality than Blown90's and for cheaper too. don't have any experience with them, so can't say there.

The harness conversion looked gravy. I'd go with it. The engine harness still needs upgrading to for the fuel inj.,O2, distributor, but it seems you got that covered.
Hook up 12 volt to the 7 wire deal for the get power.

Were did you get your 12v from and what other wires besides the yellow/black wires in to the injectors did you use to make it 7 wires?

I believe you can use everything that comes with that engine. That is the dizzy, injectors and I got my harness from blownhatch good quality. You need a p28 to run everything corectly.

Finally after spending all night driving to see my car im getting fuel for sure but still no spark. Checked wires and they are correct. Could it be that my dizzy is bad. Could i use d series just to see if it will start on that one. Doesnt have to run right just get spark? When i hand picked my swap the dizzy cap was broken(all connectors for spark plug wires were missing) I think it was hit or something. So i told them to change the cap and now im like should told them to change the whole dizzy. Could it be the problem.

I have always heard good things about http://www.locashracing.com. They sell a lot of harness converters on ebay, and hasport suggests them.

That is an incorrect statement. Cheaper because he didn't do any more research other than look online for the schematics. People who have been building for year's understand the research that goes into making these with no help. Let me see Boomslang build the auto to auto harness. BAH Why doesn't he make it....because I am the only one who has the ***** to do the research and try it. Boomslangs doesn't come with instructions, doesn't say anything about repinning the distributor, doesn't say anything about using different injectors.

[QUOTE]

I did everything on this link minus the removing the injectors resistor box, I am still using the A6 mani with the OBD0 injectors.

Do I still need to remove the resistor box?

I pinned the plugs for the OBD1 ECU matching colors ( out of the 2 white wires, the fattest one goes to the Green/Yellow) connected the Virgin P28 ECU w/ conversion harness (from Blown90hatch), connected the VTEC Solenoid, Connected the 4-wire O2 sensor ( did not install it, it was just hanging off the side) and it would not start, it cranked but it did not start.

I put all the OBD0 stuff back on and it started right up.

I doubt or at least hope it is not the distributor, I got a new one. or rebuilt one, from the Distributor King.

Maybe it is the ECU?

Any suggestions, I was doing this by myself last night with a lamp.

Thanks

Yes, blown90hatch's harness is awsome, comes labeled and everything. With awsome instructions. I would rrather spend the extra money for awsome service, prompt delivery, amd good quality that you know will work. I have told everyone i know wanting to swa to obd1 to get his harness, thats how much i like it.
