better cam for gsr: CTR or ITR?
ive heard two different things, some say that ITR cams are better for a GSR head and some say the CTR yield better gains, anyone had any experience with the two different types with a GSR head?

Honestly you won't noticed the 3 degrees duration. If CTR cams are same price or cheaper go with them. If not 00-01's.</TD></TR></TABLE>
yeah i was going to get a deal on 01 ITR cams, so i got them, you wont notice 3 degrees of duration on the intake cam, most ctr cams are overpriced comparted to their ITR counterparts.

The newer ITR cams (00-01) have the same duration as CTR.

The ITR vs CTR difference will be negligable. If you can find a deal on the CTRS buy them, but if you have a deal on the ITRS don't turn it down. Understand?
The reason the ITR part number changed for the 00 year (and the main reason people think that they are actually CTR cams) is because they place where they were manufactured changed.
The specs on USDM Integra Type R camshafts never changed
In Japan, for the 00 year (and another good reason why people think 01 ITRs have 243* of duration) is that the cams (and final drive I believed changed the same year) changed.
