Run a custom 2.5 inch piping with 26 inch resonator and a ES Oval muffler.

i second that notion. test pipe + rm01a = . seriously though, the car is pretty damn quiet, even with a testpipe

I want to know if any of you guys run a test pipe & a catback exhaust system without you're exhaust sounding like **** & being anoyingly loud.

I am ither going to purchase a test pipe & exhaust system.

Or run a custom 2 1/2 pipe w/ 2 geter_done resignators in the system to an exhaust tip.

Any input on you're experience with you're exhaust systems would be great.</TD></TR></TABLE>

for one thing, putting in a test pipe will make ANY exhaust setup loud. there is no such thing as a quiet twin loop setup (with or without catback setup) with a test pipe
putting a resonator will quiet things down but will rob you of power in the mid range...

JDM 4-1 + SMSP Modified carsound cat + Apexi N1 was literally deafening, and that was on my GSR.

Your test pipe doesnt make your exhaust sound real raspy?

note for you lovers of deep and not-tinny exhaust tones...
get a RESONATED testpipe and you will ove it.
the resonated testpipes will deepen the tone and make the exhaust sound more throaty and gurgly. its superb in comprison to a straight thru plain pipe section.
