Default V-AFC or V-AFC II

I'm getting a V-AFC for my car buy I don't know if its worth paying more for the V-AFC II over the first V-AFC. I read at some places that the second gen V-AFC was more ideal for I-VTEC but i don't know. does anyone have a V-AFC installed on their 5th gen prelude? if so, tell me how it is.

Default Re: V-AFC or V-AFC II (excluded)

the vafc2 fuel correction can be changed more frequently through the rpms so it can offer more control of the fuel. Thus making it better for performance through more tuning capabilities.

I haven't heard anything about it being better for the k series motor, however the original vafc doesn't work on the new i-vtecs. So i can see how that misinterpretation could be made.

I have an original vafc and after looking at the new features i would rather have the vafc2. Also it gets bonus points from me because its black, i think it would look alot better than silver, when mounted in the car.

But if you can't afford the extra cost the original vafc is definetly worth the money spent.
