99 - 00 civic hb front bumper on a 96 civic hb

can you just bolt it on or do you have to adjust it to fit? do both bumpers bolt up in the same spot?

A 99-00 bumper will not fit on a 96-98 front end. You will need to change the whole front end.

To do this you will need:
99-00 Front bumper, fenders, hood, headlights, and bend the radiator support or get a 99-00 one. Oh yea...and the grill.

you need 99-00 hood, fenders, bumper, and grill i recommend you get all oem products
