what do i need to fit a 99 bumpers on a 96?

what do i need to fit a 99 bumpers on a 96?
i just bought a 96 civic i wanna put 99/00 bumpers on them, front and rear, what do i need to do that?! i heard front end i should change all right?

Though it's called a core support or radiator support. You can modify the core support, replace the core support or cut slots in the top of the bumper.
