I think clutchcityonline had different model numbers for the two..
and don't buy the organic.. it's garbage.. err.. is prone to installer errors..

Yes, the B18C clutches are the same.
I have the organic...for $160 its worth it, plus if it gets F'ed up, its only $160. But its working out for me, no exedy squeeks or anything of the sort. Works fine, feels like the OE clutch, and performs just as well, if not slightly better.

but why not spend a few more $$ and get one that won't potentially have the "installer error" issues of the exedy organic?

Cera-metallic > Organic
for the Exedy ITR clutches anyhow.. and the reviews on the cerametallic aren't good either, but because of pedal feel, not part inadequacies..

I just put the ceramettallic in my gsr, with 9.5 excedy flywheel. I can definently tell a difference but it does have the effect of making the whole car shudder (like I read about them) when engaging the clutch. I have driven, and installed the excedy in an ls/vtec car and we havent had any trouble with it yet, but I would prefer the ceramettallic over the organic.

If people knew how to correctly install a clutch, there wouldn't be any problems in the first place.
Is it Exedy's fault that someone with no mechanical experience screws up a clutch install? I find it hard to believe that one clutch can "create" install errors. There are install errors, and product errors. I've found that after two exedy installs, there is nothing to complain about with the exedy kits.
If I was making more than 200whp, I'd switch to a clutchmasters stage 2. The CM kits are awesome and the pedal feel is very close to OE.

They're being sarcastic. Bunch of people had bad experiences with Exedy. Coles Notes: Exedy blamed install, people blame Exedy. Hence the "install error" reference.
