You do not need over an OEM clutch if you aren't even putting out above stock numbers...

stick with the stage 1
other stages will be harder to drive as daily driver and more chances for you to brake axles with higher stages clutch
but if you plan on building you motor then get a higher stage to hold horsepower of your motor

just ordered a stage 1 exedy clutch and lightweight fidanza flywheel
my girlfriends brother has a act stage 1 clutch on his lsvtec ef2 and that **** grabs good. however if you plan on tracking your car and running slicks. launching at 6000 rpms a stage 1 clutch might slip a little

depends on what you want to do.
Back in 2003 I spent over $600 on a Clutchmasters Stage 1 and Clutchmasters 7.5 lb. flywheel. It was great, but I probably didn't need a Stage 1, cuz I only drag raced it a couple of times and autocrossed like 3 times on it.
Now I just replaced that with an Exedy OEM clutch for about $130 and new flywheel friction surface from CM for $100 (for a damn piece of steel and hardware
). Engine is all stock so that's all I need.
