I've never heard anything bad about infinities and for the depth, I guess you'll just have to put them in and find out...crutchfield.com MIGHT have the depth, or maybe searching online.

If you do run into a problem I think cruthfield sells spacers to mount the basket out further. You could honestly just make one out of 3/4" MDF.

Yeah, you should make a wooden spacer out of MDF even if they do fit beacuse they will sound a lot better.

Just an FYI... *ALL* honda's have a problem with 6.5's up front. The backing of the plastic basket has to be cut out for nearly any speaker except Pioneer's TS-G line. Just dremel the bitch off and the 6.5's will fit fine.

What's the deepest depth speaker anyone has fit w/ the stock cover in place? I'm thinking I could fit some 2.75" deep ones w/ a .75" spacer, maybe an 1". Any experience? I know 3" is too deep...

Seriously people, the plastic mounts are crap
Instead of modifying them just make wooden ones.
