Default b18c hatch times...

Well im in school right now so i dont have the time slip on me but i remember the basics, i will post all of the info tonight. well it was my first time running and i pulled a 14.6 with a .125 RT, 2.3xx 60FT, at 92mph. its a jdm gsr (b18c) and has a dc 4-1 header, B&M fpr, 2.5 exhaust, gutted back seats, falkens in the front, riding on koni yellows and skunk2 springs. now my question is, is this a time i should be running? i thought i could get the RT down lower and maybe run a 14.5 but i just want to make sure i shouldnt be running anything lower then the 14.6?

this is in a 97 hatch

the reaction is not added to your time, so dont worry about that. im sure you could work on the 60 foot a little, and with more practice get a little quicker, but that seems like a good time!

That seems about right for your setup. Workin on your 60' will definately improve your ET. Does the track you went to have a scale?

with slicks you should be hitting a 13.6-13.8. your traps are kinda low though. get a better header and tune your car. you should be at a trap speed mph of at least 98 and up.

True, traps are low but there is nothing wrong with his header. I'd do a normal tune up on the motor and make sure everything is working 100%.

I ran a 14.4 @ 95 mph in my 98 HB with a very similar set up. Sounds about right to me. Traps are onthe low side, but nothing too outrageous.
