You might want to consider a tune-up or getting a compression test / leakdown test on that motor.
I ran a 14.01@99mph in a 1992 *Si* hatch (b18c1 AEM, JDM DC, full exhaust) on street tires w/ a 2.0 60'.

That's my buddy in the army. Sgt in the 4th Infantry Division. You probably heard about their deployment from Ft. Hood Texas.

2] thats rather impressive........i could only bring in 14.5's with 2.0 60 feet times (street tires as well) with I/E in my `93

2) The track is at sea level, the event was three or four days after a National drag racing competition so the surface was great, and it was around 50 degrees all night.
For reference.... when I ran that 14.01 I dumped the clutch at 7k and hooked up with Falken Azenis. BAD *** TRACTION. Then I had to go home... Ran 3 14.1s in a row, then a 14.0.
