i was just gonna check my oil and check all my fluids and when i looked in the coolant overflow it looked like there was dirt that was settled in the bottom....

i know this cant be good....

could be a rusty radiator. Drain your coolant and flush the radiator see how much orange crap comes out.

 

That si EXACTLY what happened to mine. A few weeks later....my radiator cracked.

I am willing to bet the coolant has not been changed EVER!! That was the case for my 1992 Si with 157K miles.

 

my radiator is brand ******* new!!! i got it about 4 months ago..........

i had to buy a new because it cracked like yours....now i have a metal one

 

clean your overflow, then see if it does it anymore

 

Pull it out. It comes right out. Take a look. Is it brown? Could be rust as said above. Could be nasty *** coolant from when the car was new. Rinse that **** out and fill it to the line with clean fresh coolant/water

 

did that and drove around for a while still looks like fresh coolant....so i dont know
