Hybrid wont start...HELP!

Car-93 dx auto-to-man. b16a. I have no spark. I checked the grounds and all the stupid stuff. I cant remember if the car started after I swaped the ecu or not. 99%sure it did though. Any ideas?

Have you checked the ignitor and coil?

Yeah, now I just checked the fuses and the ecu 15 amp fuse keeps blowing How did I do that?
