fuel pump or relay?

fuel pump or relay?
sometimes i go to start the car and i don't hear the fuel pump, so i have to turn the key on and off until the fuel comes on. is my fuel pump going out or is it probably just the fuel pump relay?

almost definitely its the main relay. those are known problems on older hondas in general. just recently replaced the relay in my own 89 civic and re-soldered the relay in my gf's 93 honda accord. both were having this problem.
