valve cover spark plug oil seals
how do I get them out of the valve cover. i've got a new set sitting here and I cant figure out how to get the old ones out. this is on a F23, but I can't imagine honda has changed them much
nothing in the helms

they should pull out, if they dont use a scraper..if that doesnt work torch the **** out of them and theyll melt out or you can torch/scrape repeat, thats how i get them out if they havent ever been changed kinda "forged" into the valve cover, works good you might also spray some solvent or something on them that will eat shrink rubber.
the boot is sticking to the valvecover
there's a pattern of bolt to install/take out the bolt!
and dont forget to oil the thread as you putting them back in

well yeah
I kind of dug at them with an old screwdriver trying to pop them out but only succeded in tearing up the rubber. looks like I'm going to be bringing out the torch
I was kind of hoping there was some sort of "trick" to it that made it easy but looks like brute force is it.
