Default pistons

how hard is it to put ctr pistons on gs-r rods?i know i need to get the pistons shaved, but can i push the pins in my self or do i need to get a machine shop to do it
?

u have to have a machine shop do it cuz there pressfit pins. they have to heat up the rod and put the other pins in with the other piston. there is shaving involved i had the inside of the piston shaved a bit cuz theres a lip where the wrist pin is and just made it flush with that and took some off the rod too.
