Default ngk spark plugs for d16z6 turbo

I did a search and got more confused than where i started.... lol

Putting on my greddy turbo kit this week (tdo4-15g)
Now i need to get spark plugs. I have a built motor and plan to run around 10 or so lbs of boost. stock ignition.

After doing a search i found a crap load of model #'s for ngk plugs, following a 2 step colder theory.

1. ngk bcpr7es-11
2. ngk bkr7e
3. ngk bkr7es-11
4. ngk bkr7es

SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHICH ONE'S TO GET ... I am stuck I would really appreciate the help.

THANKS YOU GUYS, I KNOW U WILL ALL PULL THROUGH AND HELP

Rick

PS if anyone sells them on here, we can talk

bkr7e i believe the "11" behind the "bkre" means it was pregapped to .044

Correct.

Althought for your greddy turbo app, I would use ZFR6J-11's. See my post here for more info. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=510127

Yeah I used the BKR7e-11 on my turbo D16z6. I gapped them to 1.1mm (stock spec). Should I have gapped them smaller???

Also, I went 2 steps smaller just to be on the safe side, and they haven't fouled yet. They're really clean actually.

We just run NGK BKRE7-11's on our turbo motors ... Depends on the boost and I don't really know for your Z6 but we generally bring the gap down to anywhere from .024-0.30"... Just my $0.02... Peace
