You're going turbo, so I don't know if boring out the sleeves much beyond 87 is necessary, is that extra displacement worth it, or would you rather have a thicker sleeve?

I'm all motor at 89mm which is fine, and is likely fine for turbo too, it's more about preference. You need to get the bottomend gasket kit, and new bearings too (well if they show any wear). New oil pump if you think it needs it.

i thought anytime you open it up, you need to put new bearings in. i have a h22 w/2k on it. im about to upgrade the rods, so if the bearings look good, i dont have top try and find the right ones again?!

I'd say keep it at 9.0:1 for easier tuning and a longer life. Make up for the lack of compression with more boost

Better worded, let the increased boost make your cylinder pressure.

the thing is should i get flat headed pistons ? an 10.0:1 ? or an 9.0:1 ? i would like to boost up to 22 with race fuel..and i really not going ot take the car to an race track all the time maybe rare...more of it on the streets on weekend at night and highway races more likely...so an 9.0:1 and an T60-2 turbo or an 10.0:1 and a T3/T4 turbo ? the following most likely will be my..
fuel and mgmt system
RC Engineering 720CC injectors or 780's . AEM Fuel Rail, AEM FPR and a high flow pump
ECU
Hondata S200 System
P28 OBD 1 ECU
Motec 3 bar Map sensor
