All Motor / Naturally Aspirated No power adders

is this a good set up?????

Default is this a good set up?????

im planing to rebuild my gs-r. im going to use ctr pistons .025 over and just going to throw on a block gaurd on. the head is going to have a mild port and polish head with high comp valves and valvetrain from skunk 2 cause there cheap. what would i expect to make to the wheel. and is it reliable?

Don't do the block guard...or springs & retainer, unless you're planning to go with cams that require them in the near future. You'll lose power with strong springs.

i all ready have the skunk 2 cams i just want a basic build and run 13.5 14.0 daily driven

Kewl, which cams? Odd you left them off your original post, would've made it alot easier to answer your question.
