'93 CX, White, A/C, 275,000 Miles; Axles being replaced before purchase. A friend is asking $1G for it. Any ideas?

 

is the body in good shape? does it pass smog? u need a current (<90 day old) smog certificate to get it registered...

 

Body is good. No accidents prior. 2nd driver. I'll get back on the smog.

People keep telling me that it is a crappy buy. I told them I can swap the engine out for about $300 (D16 / retaining CX tranny). They said that the body is beyond repair. It has never been in a accident. Then they said that I just hate my crappy auto DX. I told them yeah. I want that CX.

The problem is I do not have the money at this moment. By the time I have enough money, the car will be gone (about 2-3 weeks time; I am just college student with a part time job)

 

if you dont have the money to buy the car then why did you even bother?

 

Motivational purposes. If you guys say its a good deal, then I'll try to save up for it and hopefully purchase it.

 

that is a good deal if you going to throw in a swap.

 

NERV, I'd pick it up in a second regardless of miles or color, as long as it has no frame damage.

PS: if you decide not to buy it, I want it.

 

A good shell is worth a G to me.
