Default Question about keeping the motor safe

I have the zex kit on my car and am running the 55 shot at this time. I was wanting to go with the 65 shot and the manual says to retard the timing 2-3 degrees. Now, is it worth buying the MSD 6AL to retard the timing only when I am using the nitrous or should i just retard it off of the distributor and run like that?

The safest thing to do is not to use a nitrous set at all...

I disagree as well. You have your opinions on how to make your car faster and I have mine. Others choose turbo for there ITR's or all motor, I chose nitrous.

I dont intend to. And I have been running the 55 shot almost 18 months and not one problem. I only go thru a bottle maybe every 2 months. Really dont use it much.
