What are the best turbo plugs to use
The 4554's are not really that great. You want a flat electrode and not the V-power (v-grooved center electrode).
I recommend the 3330's, BCPR7ES. The BCPR7ES-11's are the same plug but they come with a larger pre-set gap of about .044.

so why dont you want the v-grove? and what part of the part # means the vpower ones. i wll need to get some 6 heat range flat electrode ones.

and theys cheap too...i ran the 3330's in all my turbo cars, from a 650whp supra to my dsm with a 60-1....my friend also runs these plugs in his turbo gsr at 400whp

i like the zex plugs.they have worked flawlessly for me and made 10 more whp than the denso iridium and 7 more than the ngk bcpr7es11.

so that plug you think is the best someone eles said the v-power isnt the best but i just want something that will do it job and well thanks for the link too

For 400hp, yes it is a great plug just like Jared uses. I am telling you directly what NGK says. I would say that is a great source.
