I need to know this also. I have a d16y7 with a t-25 turbo, boosting about 5-9 lbs. What are the best plugs to use for my motor with my setup?
Thanks,
Nick

I've never heard of that part number? What kind would you recomend for my d16y7? I have a set of ZFR6F-11's sitting in front of me, but someone told me to use some kind of BCPR7es-11 or something like that.

if your fairly low 5-9psi boost on a d16y7 you wont get the benefit from the r567a1-8/9.. run the bkr7e, bcpr7es or zfr7f they're basicly all the same unless you need extra clearance due to aftermarket pistons or milled head or something.. You can try to run the ZFR6F's but they will most likely cause preignition, you can always put them in and listen

So for a higher boosted car you should run the R567a1-8 or a1-9 ? I run 12psi. daily on my 5th gen Lude and I am currently running the ZFR7F11's and they are still not the right plug. So the one's that you are refering to are what I need?
