Why is my car shaking?

I have a '91 Acura Integra GS and it is shaking while the car is at an idle. When I turn on the A/C, it shakes even worse. I have had the timing checked and it is okay. The motor mounts have been changed, so I know that is not it. Can anyone help me with this problem?

have you changed the igntion components and cleaned the throttle body lately?
