Engine shakes when i turn it off(d16y7)

Engine shakes when i turn it off(d16y7)
Ok, my idle was messed up before this and then i adjusted the idle screw on the TB. now it idles fine, but when i turn the car off i can feel the engine shake like a *****. what could be the problem.

How many miles on the car? Maybe the motor mounts are going

sounds like motor mounts dude does it shake like that when you hit the gas too or does it move back and forth when you hit the gas??

i've heard some good things about es motor mount inserts if you want a cheap way to stiffen up your mounts.
