Default What Can I expect from this set up?

I know this question has come up many times. I've searched for it on HT but can't find any topics specific to my question. Anyway here goes.

I have a '91 HF and am planning some major work within the next year. What I'm thinking about is getting a B16A and having a complete rebuild done on it. I was thinking:

JE pistons and ring with ceramic coating
Eagle H Beam Rods
Block Girdle
bearings(obviously)

then all the machine work:
Bore and hone cylinders
Align,Bore, Hone mains
and resurface block

once that's all said and done, I was thinking about putting a turbo on it.
My question is what type of turbo should i use with this setup and what kind of numbers can I expect on the track and with how much reasonable boost?

Oh, the car has to be easily tuned back to be streetable

(I posted before about a D16A6, but it just doesn't seem like that something I'd want to get into)

Thanks

(p.s. how much boost would that setup be able to maintain before spewing?)
