WELL U should be more clear on JDM headers.. I mean yes there are other headers besides the JDM ITR 2.5 4-1 header.. as in the CTR 2.5 4-2-1 header.. and u can only assume the 4-2-1 header is used over the 4-1 due to the lower torque in the B16B vs. the B18C5 or B18C-R engine

What I meant was I am looking for an oem honda header for my 1.6L sohc. I was wondering if one was made and were they could be purchased. And if they were comperable in price and performance to aftermarket headers.
Thanks in advance for your help

96+ JDM SOHC d-series headers are the same 92-5 Civic EX/Si 4-2-1, not 4-1 like we get, that includes 1.5 and 1.6 DOHC and SOHC ZCs...

nothing really that will make power...

Not much power, but if you get the right 4-2-1, your car's torque will increase within the mid-rpm range and make drivabilty alot better.

try http://www.hpmotorsports.com or http://www.spw.net . They have a JDM header, but only for the DOHC engines. If it's a SOHC, then there's no upgrade from the USDM to JDM. Look in http://www.speedandstyle.com , they're having a sale on the SOHC ceramic coated 4-2-1 for $169. It's a good quaility header that gives good mid rpm torque and also increases mid-to-high rpm power.

I have a mugen catalog and they have stainless steel header 4-2-1 for the D15 engine.. I think they should fit our D16 engines.. but the DC sports header should work as well..

The DC is a nice choice too... personally i'd highly suggest getting them ceramic coated over painted or polished.
