Good tire for 13inch rim?

Good tire for 13inch rim?
for a 2100 lb 91 d15 hatch thats used as everyday driver, I know there's not a lot of performance tires in the recomended 165/70, but is anything out there. A Goodyear and BFG I looked at have speed ratings under 80mph WTF. Any help would be great thanks

Why don't you go up a size to a 175/70 R13, the difference in both the 175 and 165 is not much. And if you do decied to go with this size pick up some MICHELIN X-RADIAL DT's 
. The treadwear is awsome and its a bomb *** tire for a everyday driver.
