Well superchargers do usually make a whinding noise, i dunno exactly what specific sound your getting, but i've seen an in car clip of a S/C GSR running through the gears and you do hear the whinding of the blower. Also, a buddy of mine has a supercharged prelude, and he has like a high pitched whistling/whinding noise when he gets on it, and the car has been dyno tuned and everything.
It sounds like the supercharger belt is loose or needs replacing. They are meant to be replaced every 10k miles. Did you just install this JRSC or have you been running it for awhile?
check your belts and make sure you don't have a gasket leak between the blower and the manifold. That can also cause a high pitched noise.

yeah if you have a boost gauge, check to see if the boost drops when it makes the noise. if it does, then you know its your belts. otherwise, the whining is normal...it should sound like a vacuum cleaner on crack as some ppl like to say...

thanks for all the feedback. and there's no leaks from the supercharger and the head. i guess it's the belt because it's got some miles on it but it doesn't looks cracked or noting but i think it's the problem.
Any mods you guys advise to make the car more reliable?

whining sound = blower (normal)
squealing sound = loose belt (check for racks in belt and tighten)
no extra sound and dramatic loss of power = blown belt
