Default Rattle after Exhaust Install!!!!!!!!!

this has been goin on for about 2 months now.. and i just cant figure out what the hell it is. IT started right after i installed the jdm oem type-r headers, flex pipe, carsound cat, and apexi dunk catback. It doesnt sound like a heat sheild... and it cant be becasue i too every last one out, even the skid plate for the headers... does anyone know what it could be or have and insight im clueless.. its sooo annoying and i wouldnt post something so stupid up but its bothering me soooooo much right now. thanks

If you have a short shifter it's probably that rattling against your exhaust.

i dont have a short shifter.. but i do realize the exhaust is VERY close to teh shifter.. and when i hit a bump i feel it in the shifter depending on what gear im in... could i get hangers that hang like a 1/2 inch lower or somethign

Just found my annoying rattle yesterday....

Header downpipe was touching the oil-pan. Wrapped it in thermo-tec, rattle is now gone.

Just check your whole exhaust sytem to see if anything is touching something it shouldn't...

Thermo-Tec Cool Wrap or something like that was the name. Just your standard exhaust wrap is all it is.

hey i had the same prob after i installed my header, heres what i think it is, the donut gasket betwenn my "y" pipe from my header and catalytic convertor.
