Well, if you've got NO compression in all 4 cylinders, you might want to check your timing belt...

how do i test my timing if i can;t get the car to run at all?

check your timming belt, not ignition timming.
so let me get this straight, it was fine and all of a sudden you have no compression?

thas correct. eveyrthing running perfectly fine, shut off car took off dist and reinstalled with tegh msd blaster 2 coil and 6al started it back up and car wouldnt start

got tired of installation put it back to stock and car would still not start...

timing belt is fine

1 check the actual compression tester on another car it may be bad
2-get cyl at tdc and put a compressor to the cyl with the compression tool....listen for air from t/b ..headers or breather on valve cover
3-check harness plugs make sure they arent mixed up...map/tps etc
4.....pray for the best

you didnt put it back together correctly dood..go and redo it..you took the whole distributor out?you prbably turned the rotor and didnt know it or somethin,messed up your timing
