Default johnisenglish? where are you...u still owe me a huge amount

this is the third time that i am going to be nice, last time tho. he is definatley scamming people since we keep having threads on him not keeping in touch with anyone with his products. he still owes me $400 which is a pretty decent amount. now i understand he is at school but....i am there also so that excuse is worthless. ill give him a week to reply and if anyone else still needs stuff back from him please post up this way we can get the mass of how much is still owed.

mods please dont delete...im trying to help everyone out that is on the bad end of the stick. pm me if you want to change something or have any questions. thanks

I really don't think John is trying to scam you, I've known him for some time now from T-I, and I know he has a lot going, from school, to blowing his motor. Don't tarnish his name, go to T-I and PM him about the situation, if the product you wanted hasnt been made yet, then just ask for your money back, I'm sure he will be glad to give it back to you.

thats the problem tho...i have. i have been waiting for about 2 months and with only 1 point of contact recently. im sorry to say but tarnishing his name would be the worst of his problems if keeps on going without paying people back. now thats not a threat im just saying i know a many of people that are willing to take legal action. if u talk to him have him read this and get ahold of me.

i appriciate your help. have him email me at rustyskim@hotmail.com because he definately has some work to do to get any trust back from ht i know that for sure. just like it was said there is no excuse for bad business. i have tried him at that email but he never replies. i would hate to see my hard earned cash go towards his rebuild and not my reembursment.

You guys wait too damn long. If you have been trying to contact him for two months with only one reply then you shouldn't wait around anymore. Take him to small claims. See if he replies to your emails after he receives the summons.

I apologize for my late entry into this thread, I've only become aware of it today.

Over the past few months I've been in and out of the hospital a number of times, I now have no car and I'm getting sick again. Due to my injuries in August and illness the following months combined with my move to Mass. I've had a huge number of refunds to work out and several have simply slipped through the cracks. Some of my records are incomplete, so figuring out exactly who needs what and where to send it has been an hellacious ordeal.

I'm not trying to scam anyone, and I've had many more customers who are happy and content with the outcome of their orders then customers who've had problems, but its usually those who've had problems that speak up, and rightfully so. I've contacted everyone who's spoken up in this thread via email, and will be sending refunds out tomorrow when the post office opens, if there's anyone else, please email me at sales@swift-performance - I've had quite a bit of trouble with IMs. There was a thread in the FI forum about a month ago where I was asking anyone I missed to Email me so I could send out refunds but I mostly got IMs which I couldn't get at the time.

For future and current orders I now have a partner who is an excellent machinist, and able to take care of what orders I can't when I'm unable or sick. Think what you will, but I am trying to make things right and continue a reputable business, I've just have a rough past few months.
