Has anyone heard of ERICK's throttle body or have one installed on their ITR? I recently purchased a 68mm to 66mm TB from ERICK's racing. We installed it last night and I can feel a big difference in the low end. The gas pedal is stiffer and the car feels torquer than with the stock ITR TB. Any thoughts on them ?

i have one...installed for 20 minutes but took it off cause i couldn't get teh omhs from the old one to match the new one i put on....but it did help over 7k but seemed to bog below that....

 

Sell it and get a civic dx throttlebody. I used to have the ericks tb but traded it for a civic DX tb. Mad torque on both the low and high end. The civic throttlebody provides a tapered vunturi effect so more air will be ram'd in at high rpms. Try that sheit, hella tiiite.

what size is the dx TB? i wouldn't think that it would be as much are as a 62mm + tb...

 

I just got an Erik's TB 70mm on my itr and it makes a huge difference. But i had to match port it to fit my supercharger. But it made a huge difference. Dyno before was 208 and after was 218. Not bad for just a throttle body.

Beware of perception. Big throttle bodies feel much more aggressive on throttle tip-in, but that is because 10% throttle on a big throttle body is like 15% or 20% on your original throttle body. It is an illusion.

Gotta dyno it to know for sure.

Nice TB, but I would've opted for the Spoon TB.

 

I know i saw the Erick's Racing Civic last yeah at the Battle, look like they had a good set up, i think it says something like 12,000 RPM on the side of the car.

Is taking out the sensors easy? Do you just unscrew the two screw and it just pops off?

I was looking at Ericks T/B, and I didn't notice any piping for the coolant lines.
Where are they?
