Default Help! Smoke from Motor...

Ok here is the long story on what is going on. Basiccly my D15B7 stock motor which is a SOHC non VTEC, had a cracked bottom end, needless to say it was leaking oil like crazy and wasnt holding any in. So i picked up two D15B8's for 100$, those are the motors from CX model civics, lower hp, way lower compression, all around slow motor. No big deal just need to something to roll around on until i build my motor to completion. Right now i am currently running the following different parts that arent CX motor parts.

D15B7 Intake Manifold, which has oval open holes rather than the D15B8 which has circular holes in the intake mani.

D15B7 Exhaust Manifold, again the holes are different.

We also used a D15B7 air sensor for the D15B8 because it didnt have on there.

Other than the following parts everything else is for the D15B8 i even picked up CX spark plugs and made them to the right gap which is 44.

Either way here is the problem, no matter which way you Rev the car the rev limiter hits at 5k, then after it hits the rev lim at 5k it pours out smoke and lots of it. Needless to say it isnt the best thing in the world. Now if i drive it normally without stepping on it, it doesnt smoke at all. I think it is the ECU not liking one of the censors on the harness with the motor. I used the same harness as the D15B7, so im wondering if it is my ECU that is making the motor do this, or if its one of the sensors that are bad? Or maybe even some internal parts that are floggy. I thought that maybe it was just an old motor and some of the old gas was in there, or maybe even my car was getting rid of some of that gas, but i have pushed it pretty hard to clear some of it out and it is still smoking when pushed hard. Also, when stepped on it, it wont shift into gear, i have to release the gas pedal, wait for it to shift, and then proceed to accelerate. I have an Automatic.

So my question to you guys is, is my ECU ******* up fuel maps or does it not like one of my censors? Whats up? Thnx, any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
