2nd stripped wheel stud in a month! Something's amiss.
Hey guys, remember me? I thought a shop stripped my wheel stud on the front passenger wheel. they fixed it for free.
2 lug nuts fell off the wheel when I was driving the next day, so I got new ones and re-torqued them down (with a torque wrench, seriously).
I went to rotate my tires today and lo and behold, the front passenger side wheel has a stripped lug nut!
What would cause this reoccuring problem? could my wheel be warped just a tiny bit enough to cause the nut to be torqued crooked or something?
I'm not going to budget $130 every three months to ******* rotate my tires!
Any ideas?

You may need a wheel alignment...
Happened to me before where the lugnuts just kept falling off no matter how hard I torqued them. Worst scenario came when the wheel stud just broke.
Replaced the wheel stud, retorqued to specs and got an alignment.
